Practical Nurses enjoy some of these Benefits: Pay: $27-$32/hour
with weekly pay Pediatric client shifts start 8 a.m.- 8p.m. or
7a.m.-6p.m. Shifts are flexible for Thursday-Sunday Support for
professional growth through ongoing training and CEU opportunities.
1:1 nurse-to-patient ratios that focus on direct patient care and
outcomes. Tuition discounts and professional development through
Rasmussen University. As a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse,
here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: Provide in house
nursing care for patients with various health conditions. Perform
assessments, take vitals, administer medication, and document
patient progress. Educate and support patients and their families
in managing illnesses or injuries. Work closely with physicians,
RNs, and other team members to execute comprehensive care plans. A
few must-haves for Home Health Licensed Practical Nurses: Active
LPN license in Tennessee and graduation from an accredited nursing
program. Prior experience in home healthcare preferred but not
required. Strong clinical skills, communication, and compassion.
CPR certification and a deep understanding of home health
