Job Description:
We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with a proven
track record in construction sales, specifically within the
multifamily housing market. This role focuses on delivering service
lines such as roofing, painting, interiors, exteriors, and
restoration. The ideal candidate thrives on relationship-building,
consultative selling, and closing complex deals that drive
long-term business growth. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain
strong relationships with clients through frequent, in-person
engagement. Identify decision-makers and respond to RFPs, ITBs, and
other bid opportunities. Develop and negotiate proposals that
balance profitability with value, aiming for repeat business and
long-term partnerships. Collaborate with clients to define project
scopes that align with ADA, IBC, and local pricing standards.
Perform property walk-throughs to identify issues, offer real-time
pricing, and develop accurate scopes of work. Work closely with
internal teams—including estimators, project managers, and
superintendents—to ensure seamless project delivery. Attend and
contribute to pre-construction, progress, and closeout meetings.
Maintain detailed records in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and
manage invoicing and collections to support cash flow. Represent
the company at industry events and networking functions to support
business development. Be available to assist during catastrophic
events and provide client support during emergencies. What You
Bring: Solid sales experience in multifamily construction services
Strong knowledge in roofing, painting, interiors, exteriors, and
restoration/mitigation Ability to scope projects and consult with
clients on construction solutions Expertise in contracts,
negotiations, and problem resolution Familiarity with ADA, IBC, and
local construction standards Proficiency with CRM platforms
(Salesforce preferred) OSHA certification (or willingness to
obtain); IICRC knowledge is a plus Strong communication,
organizational, and time management skills Self-motivated,
detail-oriented, and resourceful Comfortable working independently
and making sound, profit-focused decisions Willingness to travel
regionally for face-to-face client meetings Ability to work
flexible hours, including overtime, as needed Must have a valid
driver’s license and a clean driving record
