Job Description:
Oversees all aspects of our operation, ensuring effectiveness
and scale in alignment with sales operations. This involves
managing the team, systems, and processes, all while ensuring
compliance with company standards and legal guidelines to ensure
that we achieve desired outcomes. Develop and implement operational
strategies, goals, and objectives to align with the company's
overall vision and mission. Oversee the day-to-day operations of
the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across
all departments. Continually analyze and evaluate processes in
order to streamline and propose improvements throughout the
organization, adapting and implementing as necessary. Identify key
performance indicators (KPIs) and develop performance metrics to
measure the effectiveness of operational activities. Establish and
maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners, ensuring efficiency and
trusted, reliable communication streams. Strategically develop
cross-functional, compliant solutions that drive sales operations
while removing barriers to progress. Support other ancillary
entities as needed. Knowledge/Skills Salesforce experience Consumer
compliance experience, Compliance certification a plus Current
industry knowledge Core Competencies Self-motivated, problem
solving, and prioritization Excellent organizational skills, detail
oriented Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong

transportation & logistics space. Additional Information The ideal
candidate understands the nature of our business is not 9-5 and is
willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed This position
will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some
work-from-home flexibility is included PTO is flexible once
training is complete and performance expectations are being met
