Safety is a core value that permeates how we live, train, work, and look out for our teammates.Summary of Job: To work with Engineers and managers to design plumbing and mechanical systems and to produce Revit BIM models and/or CAD drawings for both spatial coordination for manufacturing, installation by the construction group, and support for all the other divisions of the company in any coordination or CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) requirements.Education and Experience:

• Technical design training
• 3 or more years' experience with mechanical or plumbing CAD design and/or BIM field coordination experience
• Well versed in construction based mechanical design software, specifically AutoCAD and Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks or any other BIM software is a plus
• A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
• Appropriate field experienceSkills and Abilities Required:
