What you can expect at FedEx Ground:

-- Fast paced and physical warehouse work - why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out?

-- Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.

-- Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts.

-- Shift lengths vary based on package volume - generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.

-- Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

$15.50 base
$1 shift differential

Bonus for Saturday, Sunday & Monday;
$50 bonus for working on Saturday until 1/15/2022
$50 bonus for working on Sunday until 1/15/2022
$100 Attendance - weekly hours worked bonus 11/7/21-1/1/22 - (Full Time must work 40+ hours) $50 (Part Time must work 25+ hours)
$100 bonus for working on Monday (Preload shift only) until 1/1/2022

Preload - Starts at 2:30am (Sun-Thurs)
Preload - Starts at 2:30am (Mon-Fri)
Preload - Starts at 2:30am (Tues-Sat)

Noonday - Starts at 11:00am (Mon - Fri)

Twilight - Starts at 4:00pm (Mon - Fri)
Twilight - Starts at 4:00pm (Sun-Thurs)
Twilight - Starts at 4:00pm (Tues - Sat)

Midnight - Starts at 10:00pm (Mon-Fri)
