Serving as a bridge between business, IT,and vendors, this role ensures seamless integration with internal systems, resolves technical
challenges, and optimizes system performance to support pricing strategy and businessobjectives. After implementation this role leads the continuous maintenance process of thesolution.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of PROS Inc. PriceManagement and Price Optimization software.
Act as technical liaison between the business, IT teams, and external vendors duringimplementation and beyond.
Collaborate with pricing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment of the softwaresolution with business objectives.
Define and document the integration strategy with internal systems (e.g., SAP,Salesforce, data warehouses).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and ongoing usage.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of pricing software features andfunctionalities to provide expert-level guidance and training.
Create technical documentation, best practices, and guidelines to support internalteams.
Monitor and evaluate system performance post-implementation and recommendoptimizations or upgrades.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and product updates from pricing softwarevendors to inform strategic decisions.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a relatedfield.
5+ years of experience in implementing or supporting SaaS solutions, preferably inpricing or revenue management.
Strong understanding of PROS Inc. software.
Experience with system integrations, including ERP (SAP, MSD 365 F&O) and CRMplatforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Demonstrated ability to manage full software implementation life cycles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalablesolutions.
Strong communication skills to effectively interface with technical and non-technicalstakeholders.
Familiarity with pricing strategies and concepts is a plus.
