Weekend Shift Production – Join Our Team in Sparta, TN! Looking
for a great weekend opportunity? Our client in Sparta, TN, is
seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join their Weekend
Production Team. If you enjoy learning new skills and working in a
fast-paced environment, this is the job for you! Job Title: Weekend
Production Associate Location: Sparta, TN Pay: $18.40/hour
Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM What You’ll Do: Work
in multiple areas such as sewing, cutting, embroidery, screen
printing, sublimation, warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping.
Manufacture products to custom specifications. Load embroidery
machines and assist with color matching. Pull and pack orders
accurately. Maintain equipment and make adjustments as needed.
Identify and report defects during production. Follow production
schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Perform light computer work
and match job cards. What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to
detail and ability to color match. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. Ability to stand throughout the shift and
lift up to 25 lbs. Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn new
tasks. Team player who thrives in a fast-changing environment.
