Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical
Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active
State Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of
assignment in Tennessee. BLS Certification required from AHA or
ARC. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift: Days. Facility capacity: 136 beds providing short-term,
