Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center seeks a dedicated Lab
Technologist (MLS/MLT) to join our team in Williamson, WV. This
role involves conducting complex tests in our state-of-the-art
laboratory, analyzing samples, and recording accurate data to
support diagnostics and treatment. Our ideal candidate will thrive
in a collaborative environment designed to address unique community
health challenges through innovative care. Perform routine and
specialized tests on patient samples to aid in diagnosis and
treatment. Ensure accuracy and reliability of tests following
established procedures. Maintain and calibrate laboratory
equipment. Record findings and maintain patient records according
to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare providers to
discuss clinical procedures and results. Proficiency in operating
sophisticated laboratory equipment. Strong analytical and
documentation skills. Excellent communication and teamwork
abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Current MLT or MLS certification from ASCP or equivalent
organization.
