This role is pivotal in our operating rooms, assisting in surgical procedures by ensuring a sterile environment and providing the necessary instruments and supplies to surgeons. Join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing community health through tailored care and innovative wellness programs. Maintain a sterile environment in all surgical areas. Prepare surgical instrument trays and equipment before procedures. Assist surgeons during operations by providing necessary instruments. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the surgical team to facilitate efficient procedure workflows. Participate in post-surgical cleanup and sterilization of equipment. Proficiency in sterilization techniques Excellent understanding of surgical instruments and equipment Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with a focus on patient safety Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by a recognized certifying body such as the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
