This role requires a compassionate professional who can efficiently deliver patient care while managing health plans and working collaboratively within a healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments to patients Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions Create and manage patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in EHR (Electronic Health Records) software Ability to work well in a team and under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR certification
