Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a Director of Physician Practices to lead our team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional medical services tailored to the unique needs of the Williamson community. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, operational management, and leadership across all physician practice areas within the organization. Develop strategies to enhance the quality of patient care services. Manage daily operations of physician practices including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation. Collaborate with medical and administrative professionals to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Implement innovative programs to serve community-specific health needs. Monitor and optimize financial performance of departmental operations. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage budgets and improve financial performance In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance Capability to implement healthcare programs and technologies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) Fellowship in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) preferred
