seeking a dedicated Critical Care Nurse to join our dynamic team
and manage the nursing activities in our intensive care units
(ICUs). This role is essential in providing top-notch health care
in high-pressure environments where patients require complex
assessments, high-intensity therapies, and interventions. The
Critical Care Nurse will interact directly with patients and their
families, bringing both expertise and compassion to care. Assess
and monitor patient condition, initiate patient care plans, and
evaluate patient outcomes. Administer treatments and medications as
prescribed by attending healthcare providers. Respond to
life-saving situations, relying on critical thinking, quick
decision-making, and expertise to stabilize patients. Collaborate
with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to customize and implement
patient care strategies. Educate patients and families on treatment
plans and healthcare needs post-discharge. Maintain up-to-date
patient records and document all care provided. Participate in
continuous educational and training opportunities to stay abreast
of the latest in critical care nursing practices. Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) Patient assessment and monitoring High
proficiency in working with healthcare technology, such as
electronic health record (EHR) systems Exceptional communication
and empathy Ability to perform under stress in emergency situations

401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
