Reports to the Director or Manager of Department. Essential Functions Additional Information Patient Populations Served: Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult. Protected Health Information Accessed: Demographic, Clinical, Insurance, Financial, Complete Medical Record. Exposure: Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is present for all employees. Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements. Regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards, including blood and bodily fluids, hazardous medications, and latex. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure and possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma in Nursing. Education: Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. License: /Certifications: Current RN license in state of practice; BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP, and Handle with Care preferred.
