As part of our medical services offering, including specialized areas like emergency care and cardiology, the respiratory therapist will play a crucial role in providing breathing treatment and care to patients with respiratory conditions. This position requires an individual who is keen to work in a dynamic hospital setting and committed to improving patient outcomes through expert respiratory care. Assess and treat patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders. Practice under the direction of physicians and adhere to respiratory care protocols. Conduct diagnostic tests to evaluate the severity of respiratory conditions. Manage ventilators and artificial airway devices for patients who cannot breathe normally on their own. Educate patients and families on lung health and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to devise and implement comprehensive care plans. Proficient in pulmonary rehabilitation and respiratory care. Ability to operate and maintain respiratory equipment. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Capability to handle stressful situations and make informed clinical decisions. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state Respiratory Therapist licensure (RRT or CRT). BLS certification required from the American Heart Association. ACLS and PALS certifications are desirable.
