Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking to enhance our dedicated team with a compassionate and skilled Phlebotomist-In-Patient. This role is critical in our mission to provide top-tier health services and contribute actively to our innovative care and wellness programs tailored to the community of Williamson, WV. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in phlebotomy, excellent patient interaction skills, and a deep commitment to health safety standards. Perform blood collection and proper labeling with minimal discomfort to patients Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and cross-contamination standards Manage patient data entry and maintain detailed records of lab procedures Assist with the handling and processing of blood samples for various medical tests Provide clear instructions to patients during the phlebotomy process and manage patient queries or concerns effectively Proven phlebotomy techniques and blood handling Strong organizational and communicative abilities In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines Proficient in medical software for data entry Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) Additional certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) preferred
