Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Lab Technologist (Medical Lab Scientist/Medical Lab Technician) to join our innovative team in enhancing community health. This role is pivotal in providing accurate laboratory testing and results analysis to aid in diagnosis and treatment. Our facility emphasizes a collaborative environment where your expertise will contribute to our mission of exceptional care tailored to our community’s unique healthcare needs. Conduct chemical, biological, and microbiological tests on patient samples to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating diseases. Operate and maintain all laboratory equipment ensuring reliability and accuracy of results. Implement and adhere to laboratory safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Prepare specimens and detailed documentation according to standard operating procedures. Assist in the collection and compilation of data for studies and reports. Proficiency in modern laboratory technology Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the ASCP or equivalent. Valid state license for clinical laboratory practice where applicable
