Williamson Health and Wellness Center, a leader in community health, seeks a dedicated Mammographer to join our Out-Patient Imaging team. This role is critical in our mission to provide advanced diagnostic care tailored to the unique needs of the Williamson community. The Mammographer will be responsible for operating mammography equipment to produce diagnostic images, assisting in analyzing results, and maintaining patient comfort and safety during procedures. Operate and maintain mammography equipment to perform screening and diagnostic exams. Ensure quality control procedures are followed and image quality is optimum. Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and answering questions. Assist radiologists in the analysis and interpretation of images. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Document all procedures and maintain accurate patient records. Proficiency in using mammography imaging equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of safety and protocol compliance Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Valid state license as a Radiologic Technologist Additional certification in mammography preferred
