In addition to pulmonary conditions, the unit provides exposure to a variety of other patient disease processes, offering a broad spectrum of medical-surgical care. Key Features Specialization : Focused on treating patients with a range of pulmonary conditions, including COPD, asthma, pneumonia, and other respiratory illnesses. Comprehensive Care : Provides high-quality care for a diverse array of medical conditions, enhancing the unit‘s expertise and patient care capabilities. Qualifications and Requirements: Applicants should have a current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure and possess an associate or bachelor‘s degree or RN Diploma in Nursing. Additional requirements include: · BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required to be current upon hire · ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required within 6 months of employment, if not current upon hire.
