Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, located in the heart of
Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Acute Care Orthopedic
Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Orthopedics department. This
role requires a compassionate professional who is prepared to work

patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries such as joint

Provide specialized nursing care to orthopedic patients in an acute
care setting, including postoperative care and pain management.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary in
consultation with orthopedic surgeons. Educate patients and their
families on postoperative rehabilitation procedures. Maintain
accurate patient records and prepare reports on patients' health
condition. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance
patient care quality and safety. Strong clinical skills with a
focus on orthopedic care Proficient in using medical software for
patient documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance
