Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a renowned leader in
comprehensive healthcare based in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking
a dedicated and experienced Lead Cardiac EP Technologist to join
our dynamic cardiology team. This role is critical in providing
expert care in the area of Electrophysiology, where you will be at
the forefront of cardiac health, working with advanced technologies
and a team committed to excellence in heart care. Lead and
coordinate the daily operations of the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab.
Supervise and train EP technicians and support staff. Perform
complex electrophysiological tests and procedures. Ensure adherence
to all federal, state, and local regulations and standards. Assist
with the development and implementation of new protocols and
technology. Maintain accurate patient records and data. Collaborate
with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide
comprehensive patient care. Expertise in cardiac electrophysiology
procedures. Strong leadership and team management skills. High
level of dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Proficiency in using
EP equipment and technology. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a
fast-paced environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving
