Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center invites applications for the
position of Respiratory Therapist. Located in the vibrant city of
Nashville, Tennessee, TriStar Centennial is dedicated to providing
exemplary medical care with a focus on emergency services,
cardiology, oncology, and more. As a Respiratory Therapist, you
will play a critical role in our comprehensive healthcare team,
aiding in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of patients with
pulmonary disorders. This role requires an individual who is
skilled in administering respiratory therapies and managing
ventilator systems, capable of handling both acute and chronic
respiratory issues. Assess and monitor patient respiratory
conditions through diagnostic tests and blood gas analysis. Develop
and implement targeted respiratory care plans and administer
medications. Operate and manage ventilator support systems and
other respiratory equipment. Educate patients and families on
respiratory treatments and condition management. Respond to
emergency resuscitation situations and support other healthcare
teams. Maintain patient records and comply with hospital health and
safety protocols. Proficient in pulmonary diagnostics and
respiratory care equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability
to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

BLS/ACLS certified by the American Heart Association Membership in
