Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, located in the heart of
Nashville, Tennessee, seeks a dedicated and skilled Rapid Response
Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is critical in
managing the immediate and effective response to medical
emergencies throughout our facility, ensuring the delivery of
high-quality care during the most critical moments. As a key member
of our emergency response team, you'll work closely with other
healthcare professionals to stabilize patients, administer
treatments, and provide compassionate care in a fast-paced
environment. Respond to medical emergencies within the hospital and
provide immediate care. Work collaboratively with other healthcare
professionals such as physicians, surgeons, and technicians.
Administer medications, perform CPR, or use defibrillators as
needed. Monitor patient vital signs and provide ongoing assessments
to determine patient status. Document all emergency interventions
and patient responses in medical records. Participate in ongoing
training and simulations to stay current with the latest emergency
response techniques. Strong clinical skills in a high-pressure
environment Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in the use of medical equipment for emergency care
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare
team High level of resilience and ability to handle stress Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is preferred
