Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Hermitage, TN Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,804 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Women's Services/NICU Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: December 1, 2025 Location: Hermitage, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM Highlights: 24-bed LDRP unit and 10-bed NICU with specialized maternal and neonatal care Patient ratios: 1:1-2 labor patients, 1:4 postpartum, 1:4 well infants, 1:2-3 NICU Comprehensive team support including RNs, unit coordinator, patient care technicians, and lactation consultants State-of-the-art fetal monitoring equipment and Alaris IV pump systems CPN electronic documentation system No floating required – dedicated unit assignment Requirements: Current RN licensure BLS (Basic Life Support) certification NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification Experience with labor and delivery, cesarean sections, and neonatal care Why It's a Great Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity to join a comprehensive women's services team in a supportive environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
