This role requires adaptability and the ability to work on an as-needed basis, supporting the fluctuating needs of the medical center. Operate ultrasound equipment to perform diagnostic examinations across various modalities. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, ensuring comfort, and answering questions. Analyze images for quality and coverage of the required clinical area. Document and report findings to the relevant healthcare team members. Maintain ultrasound equipment and report any malfunctions. Adhere to safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Proficiency in using different types of ultrasound machines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
