Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking a motivated and
compassionate New Grad RN to join our dedicated nursing team in
Nashville, Tennessee. As a New Grad RN, you will be at the
forefront of patient care, utilizing the latest healthcare
practices to provide top-tier medical services. This role is
perfect for recent nursing graduates who are keen to start their

services provides a dynamic work experience. Provide direct and
comprehensive nursing care to patients. Work collaboratively with a
healthcare team to assess patient health needs and implement care
plans. Monitor patient’s condition and report changes to healthcare
team. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and
health maintenance. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to
hospital policies. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of
healthcare protocols. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the use of medical software
and electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state
of Tennessee or eligible for licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Certification preferred.
