TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center, located in the vibrant city of Nashville, TN, is seeking a passionate and dedicated New Grad RN to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. As a New Grad RN, you will have the opportunity to develop your nursing skills in a supportive environment that values growth and education, while making a real difference in the lives of our patients. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Ensure that patient care is delivered in accordance with hospital policies and standards of practice. Educate patients and families on health care needs, conditions, and options. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Basic understanding of patient care and medical knowledge relevant to nursing Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or eligible for licensure Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
