Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider
in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Acute
Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. As an Acute
Care RN, you will provide critical care to patients with serious
medical conditions. This role requires a compassionate professional
who can deliver comprehensive care under pressure while maintaining
the highest standards of nursing practice. Our facility offers a

and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor
patient health and record signs within electronic medical records.
Administer medications, track symptoms, and document treatment
strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan,
execute, and assess patient care plans. Educate patients and their
families on disease management and prevention. Ensure compliance
with healthcare regulations and standards. Assist in the
improvement of departmental policies and procedures. Strong
clinical skills in a hospital setting Ability to work effectively
in high-pressure environments Proficient in using medical software
for patient management Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Tennessee Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
