Provide comprehensive nursing care in multiple departments, adjusting to the needs of each specialty area. Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to ensure effective care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending healthcare provider. Coordinate with healthcare team members to facilitate patient recovery and ensure patient satisfaction. Educate patients and their families on treatment and care plans. Maintain updated records of patient therapy and treatment. Strong clinical skills with the ability to work effectively in multiple healthcare settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and changes in patient conditions. Deep understanding of health and safety guidelines. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Tennessee or compact state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
