Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, is
seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator for
our Acute Care department. This key position will play a vital role
in enhancing our patient outcomes through effective coordination
and management of nursing staff and practices within the acute care
unit. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will work in
a state-of-the-art facility known for our comprehensive services in
emergency care, cardiology, oncology, and more. This role demands a
commitment to providing the highest level of quality care,
enhancing patient satisfaction, and continuously improving clinical
practices. Supervise and organize the nursing staff in the acute
care department to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Coordinate
patient care with physicians and other healthcare professionals,
making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Implement patient
safety and quality controls in accordance with hospital and
regulatory standards. Lead training sessions and in-services for
nursing staff to enhance their professional development and
expertise. Monitor patient care for compliance with established
standards and practices, and intervene to correct any deficiencies.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to review best practices and
improve service delivery within the unit. Excellent leadership and
organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Advanced knowledge of acute care practices and protocols Proficient
in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) licensure in the state of Tennessee or compact state BLS
certification ACLS certification preferred
