The ideal candidate is a resilient and proactive nurse with experience in emergency medicine, adept at rapidly assessing conditions and delivering appropriate treatment. Provide immediate medical care to patients experiencing acute illnesses or injuries Assess patient conditions through careful examination and coordinate appropriate treatments Work collaboratively with emergency room staff and personnel from other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and charts Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home care instructions post-discharge Clinical skills in emergency medicine Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Tennessee Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
