Job Description:

of nursing services and patient care. Working closely with

the Clinical Nurse Coordinator will ensure that the highest
standards of nursing practices are maintained, contributing to our
mission of caring for and improving human life. Coordinate daily
nursing activities and patient care operations in the department.
Supervise nursing staff and provide clinical guidance. Collaborate
with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient
outcomes. Implement and evaluate standards of care within the
nursing unit. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
standards. Manage patient records and documentation. Participate in
the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical operations and patient
care management Ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary team Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
accreditation standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
