Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and
skilled MSICU Nurse to join our dynamic team in Nashville,
Tennessee. This role is pivotal in providing top-tier critical care
in our state-of-the-art Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit. You
will be instrumental in delivering personalized, life-saving
treatment to patients with severe medical conditions. This position
offers the unique opportunity to work alongside leading healthcare
professionals in a facility renowned for its superior care
standards and commitment to patient well-being. Provide direct and
individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of
scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms
or changes in patients' conditions while maintaining accurate and
complete health care records. Administer medications as prescribed
by the attending healthcare provider and monitor patients for
reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical information and
vital signs, adjust and monitor medical equipment as necessary.
Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess,
plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Prepare patients
for, and assist with, examinations and treatments. Strong clinical
skills in a MSICU setting Proficiency in using healthcare software
and systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism
during stressful situations Strong observational skills and
attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

in the state of Tennessee Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
