Histo Tech Location: Nashville, TN Agency: Mindlance Health Pay:
$33 to $37 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours
Contract Duration: 3 Months Start Date: ASAP About the Position The
histotechnician will perform all routine and special paraffin
histotechnology duties in our state of the art, CAP-certified
pathology laboratory. Under the guidance of a Senior or Lead
Histotechnologist, you will provide high quality diagnostic
material within established turn-around-times.| Requirements
Associate degree in medical technology, chemistry, biology, or
related life science Formal training in Histology from an
accredited program (720 hours) Meets CLIA personnel standard
criteria. Skills in microtomy, grossing, processing, embedding,
cutting and routine special staining techniques. 2-4 years of
experience
