Nurse – Women’s Services/NICU – Tennessee Start Date: December 1,
2025 Location: Hermitage, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided
to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Highlights: 24 LDRP beds and 10 NICU beds with varied patient
populations Patient ratios: 1:1-2 labor patients, 1:4 postpartum,
1:4 well infants, 1:2-3 NICU Collaborative unit staffing including
RNs, unit coordinators, PCTs, and lactation support Electronic
documentation via CPN system with Fetal Monitoring and Alaris IV
Pumps Procedures include labor management and C-section support No
floating policy – dedicated unit assignment Requirements: Active RN
license in the state of Tennessee Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Intermediate
Fetal Monitoring certification required Experience in women’s
services, labor and delivery, and/or NICU preferred Why It’s a
