Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Nashville, TN Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,886 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Neuro Medical/Surgical – Tennessee Start Date: June 30, 2025 Location: Nashville, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4-week schedule; floating policy applies with contract labor as first to float Highlights: 20-bed Neuro Medical/Surgical unit with 6:1 patient ratios Comprehensive Stroke Center, ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center, and Certified Chest Pain Center Tech support on day and night shifts; unit secretary coverage from 7am–7pm Meditech EMR system with modern equipment including IV pumps, telemetry, PCA, and iMobile communication technology 13-week assignment providing care for medical/surgical and neuro patients Opportunity to work with surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes Requirements: Active RN license in good standing BLS certification required; ACLS certification required Medical/Surgical nursing experience required Ability to prioritize care and multitask effectively Competency in IV insertion, basic wound care, and management of surgical drains, NG tubes, and chest tubes Navy scrub tops and bottoms required Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a Level II Trauma Center with comprehensive stroke and chest pain certifications, providing high-acuity neuro medical/surgical care in a supportive team environment.
