hours per week, 3 weekend shifts per 4-week period Highlights:
20-bed Critical Care Unit with 2:1 patient ratios Advanced
equipment including GE monitors, Alaris pumps, and Puritan Bennett
ventilators Meditech documentation system with Clinical
Transformation & Innovation focus to reduce EHR time Highest level
of care unit in Sumner County with recent GE monitor upgrades
Contract labor floats before core staff Unit secretary support on
days and nights with occasional tech assistance Requirements:
Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact state license) Minimum 1
year of critical care experience required ACLS certification
required NIH stroke certification required Meditech experience
strongly preferred Demonstrated competency managing arterial lines,
venous/arterial sheaths, cardiovascular and vasopressor drips, and
ventilated patients Experience with bedside central line placement
