Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: January 12, 2026 Location: Hermitage, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Full-time 36 hours per week with every other weekend; floating rotation to meet hospital needs Highlights: 25-bed Observation Unit in a newly built space with brand new equipment and technology Patient ratios: 4:1 days / 5:1 nights with dedicated unit support including charge nurse, tech, and unit secretary Fast-paced, energetic, and friendly team environment specializing in acute care triage and cardiac monitoring Meditech documentation system; equipment includes Alaris Pumps, B450 Monitors, Pyxis, and tele-tracking Recognition programs including Daisy Award for Nurses, BEE Award for techs, and High Fives for employees Procedures include glucose monitoring, Foley insertion, dressing changes, EKGs, and peritoneal dialysis Requirements: Active Tennessee RN license or compact state license BLS certification required ACLS, NIH, and EKG rhythm certification required Neuro and cardiac experience strongly preferred Experience triaging acute care patients and identifying life-threatening rhythms Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a brand new, state-of-the-art Observation Unit designed specifically for fast-paced acute care.
