Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
General Otolaryngologist to join a vibrant healthcare team near
MOUNT JULIET, TN. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated
and skilled Otolaryngologist to contribute to the diverse medical
needs of the community. As a member of this employed position, the
ideal candidate must be U.S. board-certified or board-eligible in
Otolaryngology. This role offers a balanced mix of outpatient and
inpatient responsibilities, providing a comprehensive approach to
patient care. Anesthesia coverage is available 24/7, ensuring
optimal support for surgical procedures. New graduates are
encouraged to apply, and the call coverage details will be
determined based on the needs of the practice. Existing office
space is available in the Medical Office Building (MOB),
conveniently connected to the main hospital. Additional space is
also accessible at other leased clinic locations in Clarksville,
offering flexibility in providing care. The compensation package
for this position includes a competitive base salary along with
various incentives, such as RVU-based bonuses, a commencement
bonus, and assistance with medical education debt. Relocation
assistance is provided to facilitate a smooth transition, and
reimbursement for licensure, dues, and/or subscriptions is also
