In addition to pulmonary conditions, the unit provides exposure to a variety of other patient disease processes, offering a broad spectrum of medical-surgical care. Key Features Specialization : Focused on treating patients with a range of pulmonary conditions, including COPD, asthma, pneumonia, and other respiratory illnesses. Comprehensive Care : Provides high-quality care for a diverse array of medical conditions, enhancing the unit's expertise and patient care capabilities. Team Culture Collaborative Environment : A4 fosters a strong team-oriented culture where collaboration and support are integral to daily operations. Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure and possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma in Nursing. Additional requirements include: BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required to be current upon hire ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred. PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. Handle with Care preferred.
