Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Hendersonville, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,110 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/12/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of critical care experience License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: ACLS, NIH certification Must-Have: 1 year of critical care experience Meditech experience ACLS certification Ability to manage arterial lines, venous/arterial sheaths, cardiovascular & vasopressor drips, and ventilated patients Description: The Critical Care Unit has 20 beds with a patient ratio of 2:1 for patients. Unit secretaries are available on days and nights, with occasional tech support. The unit utilizes GE monitors, Alaris pumps, and Puritan Bennet ventilators. Documentation is completed using Meditech. There is a scheduled requirement of 36 hours per week, including 3 weekend shifts within a 4-week period. Contract labor will float before core staff as needed. The unit performs bedside central line placement and follows a massive transfusion protocol. The unit emphasizes the use of technology to enhance patient care and efficiency. Upgraded GE monitors enhance the quality of care provided.
