Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Hermitage, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,198 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Hermitage, Tennessee, 37076! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours Hours per Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active RN license Certifications: NRP, BLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, ACLS Must-Have: Proficiency in Fetal Monitoring Description: This position involves working in a labor and delivery unit with a focus on providing care to mothers and newborns. The unit includes 24 LDRP beds and 10 NICU beds. Patient ratios are 1:1-2 for labor and delivery, 1:4 for postpartum, 1:4 for well infants, and 1:2-3 for NICU. Staffing consists of RNs, unit coordinators, and patient care technicians. Key equipment includes fetal monitoring systems and Alaris IV pumps. Documentation is completed using a designated system. Staff is required to work 12-hour shifts without floating to other units. Experience with fetal monitoring, NRP, and ACLS is necessary. Advanced skills in performing labor and C-section procedures are required. The dress code consists of black and hot pink uniforms. Unit-specific policies and guidelines must be followed.
