ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/12/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work 3 days per week with every other weekend required • Patient ratio of 5:1 • Float between MS2 and MS3 units (27 beds each) • Must have basic Med/Surg experience with post-op patients, especially orthopedic • Perform blood transfusions, IV and central line maintenance • Required certification: BLS • ACLS preferred but not required • Work with Computer on Wheels, Pyxis, and Welch Allen vital sign machines • Documentation system transitioning from Medhost to Meditech • Unit secretaries available during day shift and techs on all shifts • Dark blue uniform required • Brand new computer on wheels and vital sign machines Facility: This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with modern medical-surgical units featuring the latest technology and equipment.
