Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Hermitage, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,843 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/12/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Hermitage, Tennessee, 37076! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: Required Certifications Must-Have: Advanced skills needed Description: The unit has 33 beds with a patient ratio of 6:1 during the day and 7:1 at night. There are 3 techs available per shift, with unit secretaries present on dayshift. Key equipment used includes IVs, Kangaroo pumps, and SCDs. Documentation is done using Meditech. Scheduling requires every other weekend availability. Floating to other appropriate areas may occur in rotation as needed. A focus on patient experience and satisfaction is essential. Additional certifications may be required. Dress code must adhere to the required uniform guidelines. Unit-specific policies and guidelines are available for review.
