This is a critical access hospital with a 10-bed capacity focusing on psychiatric care. Patient ratios will typically involve 2 nurses for every 5 patients, with a maximum of 3 staff for 6 to 10 patients. The primary patient population consists of geriatric psychiatric patients. Candidates should possess de-escalation skills as a preferred experience. The facility utilizes an Electronic Health Record system for patient management.
