a MRI and Radiology Technologist for our team to ensure that we

Technologist ?The MRI/Radiology Technologist is responsible for
performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician
and for day-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality
patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment. ?What you
will do in this role: - You will complete MRI/General Radiology
examinations, ensuring a high level of quality - You will interview
patients and review charts/orders to obtain a complete history and
evaluate labs before contrast injection. - You will evaluate the
patient before contra indicators. - You will be asked to assist the
radiologist as necessary - You will scan patient with appropriate
equipment and correct order exam. - You will be capable of taking
plain film X-rays - You will have potential for exposure to
hazardous medications as defined by TriStar Summit Medical Center
Hazardous Drug Policy as either hazardous or antineoplastic. - You
will promote teamwork with the department and hospital. ? What
qualifications you will need:? - Graduate of an Accredited
Radiology Technologist program. - Two-year post-graduate related
experience - Current Registration with American Registry of
Radiology Technologists (ARRT)Advancement certification in MRI - If
not MRI registered, will be required to obtain MRI certification
within 12 months of hire or will be released from position. -
Current American Heart BLS upon hire. TriStar Summit is a 234-bed
