This travel nursing job offers the perfect blend of professional growth and the charm of small-town Tennessee, with easy access to Nashville and beautiful local parks./n /n/nCompensation/n /n - Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1680 - $1800/n /n/nTravel Nursing Job Details/n /n - Location: Gallatin, TN 37066 (near Hendersonville, close to Nashville)/n - Assignment Type: Travel RN Contract/n - Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry/n - Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)/n - Hours per Week: 36/n - Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 11/17/2025 – End: 2/16/2026)/n - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/n - Orientation: Weekly, on Mondays/n /n/nRegistered Nurse Qualifications/n /n - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Tennessee or compact state)/n - Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)/n - Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience/n - Proficient IV insertion skills required/n - Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher/n - Ability to float to Med/Surg units as needed/n - Must pass Tennessee Abuse Registry check prior to start/n /n/nMed/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities/n /n - Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on the Med/Surg Telemetry unit/n - Monitor, interpret, and respond to telemetry readings and changes in patient condition/n - Perform IV insertions and administer medications using Omnicell dispensing system/n - Document patient care accurately in Meditech EHR/n - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans/n - Float to other Med/Surg units as required for clinical support/n - Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff/n /n/n Apply now to join our healthcare team in Gallatin, Tennessee, and take the next step in your travel nursing career!
