-Sumner with Ascension Saint Thomas is a 167-bed healthcare
facility and provide care in numerous areas and rehabilitation
services. How you'll contribute A speech-language pathologist (SLP)
who excels in this role: Performs and documents initial and ongoing
assessments of patient's condition. Designs and implements a plan
of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves
the patient and family. Educates and counsels patients and families
regarding treatment plans and progress. Plans and/or assists with
patient discharge from therapy services. Supervises activities of
clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel. Why join

Education: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required
Licenses: Licensed Speech Therapist in the state of Tennessee
Current licensure with State Board of Speech-Language Pathology &
Audiology Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days
