qualified Rehab RN in Nashville, Tennessee, 37207! Pay Information
$1,754 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift:
Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License:
Current RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Med-surge patient
acuity Description: The unit consists of 47 beds with a patient
ratio of 6:1. The team includes RNs and LPNs, comprising 10-12
members. Staff must be willing to float, as appropriate, to support
patient care needs. Basic Life Support certification is required.
Advanced skills needed include trach care, PEG tube care, and
in/out catheterization. The unit is equipped with Hoyer lifts and
Sara Stedy for patient mobility. Documentation is conducted using a
specific electronic system. Navy blue scrubs are required as the
uniform. The facility was recognized as one of the top five
inpatient rehabilitation units in 2022. New technology and
equipment enhance patient care and support the well-being of staff.
