qualified PCU RN in Nashville, Tennessee, 37207! Pay Information
$1,825 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: RN Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 Years
License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS Certification
Must-Have: - Active RN license - BLS certification Description:
Number of Beds: 12 Patient Ratios: 6:1 Unit staffing description: 1
Patient Care Technician per shift. No unit secretary. Type of
equipment: IV pumps, telemetry, Sequential Compression Devices,
Continuous Pulse Oximetry Machines, Feeding Pumps,
Patient-Controlled Analgesia, EKG machines, Bladder scanner,
iMobile communication technology. Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling requirements: 3 twelve-hour shifts per week with a
weekend commitment of 4 weekend shifts minimum. Floating policy:
Contract labor is first to float; go by rotation when multiple
contract labor staff are scheduled. Patient Experience
requirements: Expected to provide attentive and compassionate care
to patients and family members. Utilize bedside shift report.
Ability to make personal connections with patients and include them
and family members in their plan of care. Certifications:
Comprehensive Stroke, ACS Verified Level 1 Trauma Center, Certified
Chest Pain Center, and Burn Center. Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs,
tops and bottoms. Additional Information: Consider new equipment or
technology, tenure and experience of staff, and schedule options.
